Product Introduction

PE106RC is a special low-temperature resistant HDPE resin developed for cryogenic pipeline outer sheath applications. It adopts advanced formulation technology with reduced crystallinity and special anti-cracking additives, ensuring excellent low-temperature toughness and resistance to slow crack growth.

It has passed the technical requirements of the China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline Project, suitable for 3LPE anti-corrosion steel pipe outer sheath extrusion in cold regions.

  • Melt Flow Rate: ≥0.3 g/10min
  • Low Temperature Brittleness: No embrittlement at -55℃
  • Vicat Softening Point: ≥120℃

Processing Recommendations

  • Pre-drying: 60℃ for 2 hours before use
  • Processing Temperature: 200-230℃
  • Packaging: 25kg/bag, with inner moisture-proof liner
